Please consult the comprehensive list of conditions and restrictions which constitute the AUP.
To emphasise, WEBADO.NET AUP chiefly prohibits:
All users of the WEBADO hosting services are required to comply with this Policy. All violations of the Acceptable Use Policy will be reviewed for appropriate action that could include termination of access. Our failure to enforce this policy, for whatever reason, shall not be construed as a waiver of our right to do so at any time.
In addition to the general conditions contained within the detailed AUP, WEBADO.NET reserves sole discretion as to what kind of content it considers acceptable for hosting on a WEBADO.NET shared hosting account.
From time to time WEBADO.NET administration may review the visible web content of some or any clients' hosted sites to ensure that the original conditions are still acceptable. Questionable material will have to be removed from the account immediately.
WEBADO.NET may consider questionable any web site whose sole purpose is to act as a link farm, or promotes gambling or get-rich-quick schemes or anything related to the promotion and selling of illegal or controlled substances and paraphernalia. This is by no means an exhaustive list, but it should give a good indication as to the kind of material which is not suitable for a site hosted by WEBADO.NET.
Non-profit organzations with a rich social and cultural content are encouraged and supported, as are artists' sites.
Acceptance of a hosting account supplied by WEBADO.NET constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Best regards from WEBADO.
